Review: Class Pass*

I don't know about you, but I notice a distinct difference when I workout versus when I don't. It boosts my mood, it makes me feel more positive about myself internally and outwardly and my favorite reason: I have minimal anxiety and zero depression when I am hitting the gym on a regular basis.
I love my gym and the positive attitude that ensues at NYSC, but sometimes I just cannot get to my home gym location in time or in between my crazy, busy day as a busy bee. If I have time to spare in Soho, I can quickly use the app to book a barre class at the studio closest to me. It's easy, convenient, and has been really keeping me motivated wherever I am.
