I don't know about you, but I notice a distinct difference when I workout versus when I don't. It boosts my mood, it makes me feel more positive about myself internally and outwardly and my favorite reason: I have minimal anxiety and zero depression when I am hitting the gym on a regular basis.

I love my gym and the positive attitude that ensues at NYSC, but sometimes I just cannot get to my home gym location in time or in between my crazy, busy day as a busy bee. I stumbled upon ClassPass* 9 days ago and instantly fell in love. And I tell you 9 days ago because I have gone to some sort of class every single day for the last 9 days-- whether it be an open gym time or a particular class (boxing, barre, Pilates, HIIT, etc.)

Example: If I'm stuck Uptown for something, I can utilize one of the 8 billion gyms I'm not a member up for 1-2 hours and get my workout in. If I have time to spare in Soho, I can quickly use the app to book a barre class at the studio closest to me. It's easy, convenient, and has been really keeping me motivated wherever I am. Now, there is ZERO excuse to get in my calorie burning goals on a daily basis.

I signed up for only $19 a month, and it can range $45-$85 per month after your initial month based on what plan you choose.  Here's $30 off your first month -- enjoy! XO

P.S. While this is my "NYC Hack" of the week, it's not just for New Yorkers! ClassPass is available all over the US, so see if they're in your area.

*Note: I was not paid to or asked by the company for this review + post. I just love sharing with my audience what makes my life so damn fabulous.
